Money market openness index captures the ability to conduct operations with securities with an original maturity of one year or less, including short-term instruments like certificates of deposits and bills of exchange, among others. It has four sub-components: Purchase locally by nonresidents (money market) | Sale or issue locally by nonresidents (money market) | Purchase abroad by residents (money market) | Sale or issue abroad by residents (money market).
